Choose between our Premium Mountain Country Christmas Party, our Essentials Mountain Country Christmas Party, and our Casual Holiday Mixer. Of course, you’re still welcome to just rent the venue and handle all of your own coordination.

We work with the best vendors in the industry to make sure your gathering is exceptional. Choose from 3 unique venue locations to craft a memorable event for your group. In the fall, the magical Fall Roundup experience is available to corporations and groups during the week for those who desire an exclusive experience for their team.

Private event rentals include 4 hours of rental time, tables and chairs, one setup and tear down of tables and chairs, indoor restrooms, sound system with playlist capabilities (for ambient background music), and member(s) of our venue management team to be on-site for your event.
