Come enjoy our famous wood-fired pizza at our the Gathering Place venue location. Savor the moment with family and friends as you relax to the sound of live music and play a lawn game or two.
Guests are welcome to arrive at 5:30 to get settled and find a seat. Musicians will begin playing around 6:00 and will continue until about 8:00.
Picnic tables will be available for you. These are first-come, first-served and we cannot guarantee a seat. Please feel free to bring picnic blankets and lawn chairs to sit on if desired.
A variety of activities will be available for guests to enjoy: outdoor lawn games (corn hole, ladders, horseshoes, can-jam), pickleball, low elements challenge course activities, animal barnyard access, playground, gaga ball, 9-square.
Each week, we will serve two basic pizza options (cheese and pepperoni), and two specialty pizza options. The specialty pizzas will be served on a rotation and they will vary each week.
All-you-can-eat pizza for every guest! Bottled water is included. Beer, wine, and sodas will be available for purchase.
In order to attend this event, you must pre-purchase tickets. We do not sell tickets at entry.
Event Policies
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, the pizza night will be relocated to the Heartwood Barn venue location at Sycamore Creek. Signage will be posted upon entry to direct you to the appropriate location.
In the event that the weather is severe and it is unsafe for guests to travel, we will cancel the event and contact everyone registered via phone or email. Registered guests will have the opportunity to either receive a refund for the tickets purchased or transfer their ticket to another date.
Cancellations
Guests are permitted to cancel with a full refund if cancellation is received by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, the week of the event. Please email us at info@sycamorecreekfamilyranch.com if you wish to cancel.
If a guest wishes to cancel after Tuesday at 12:00 p.m., the ticket is non-refundable.
Alcohol
Please do not bring any outside alcohol in with you. We do not allow guests to bring in coolers.
Pets
While we love animals, outside animals are not allowed on the property, so please do not bring your pets with you.
Property
Due to the nature of our business and the number of events held on our property, we ask that all guests remain at the venue where the pizza night is being held. Wandering the property is not permitted.
