Heartwood Barn Event Venue
For those wanting rich warmth, loads of character, rugged elegance, breathtaking natural beauty, and a more relaxed vibe for honest connections and meaningful moments, the Heartwood Barn venue is the perfect answer. Don’t let the name “barn” fool you. This is a remarkable event venue designed by professionals and constructed by an exceptional timber framing company. Sourced from trees all over the nation, the massive hand-carved beams are joined with mortise and tenon joinery. This climate-controlled masterpiece boasts impressive 30-foot ceilings, a stained concrete floor, private bridal suite, grooms room, staging kitchen, and an expansive covered back porch perfect for cocktail hour. Custom techniques provide the rich character of a building that appears to have been standing for many years. Opening to picturesque views of rolling pasture with a breathtaking outdoor ceremony location at the grand sycamore tree, the peaceful ambiance and timeless beauty of this venue will heighten the romance of your wedding day experience.

Sycamore Tree Ceremony Site
Nestled just behind the Heartwood Barn, this incredible sycamore tree stands tall, providing you with a stunning natural background (and shade) for your wedding ceremony. At over 200 years old, this sycamore is actually two trees that have grown into one−the perfect backdrop as you become one in marriage. The beautiful sycamore tree ceremony site is included with the Heartwood Barn venue rental.

Shiloh Ridge Lake View Venue
Shiloh means “place of peace”. Surrounded by the timeless beauty of nature, our Amish-built timber frame pavilion, expansive patio, lush lawn, and indoor amenities (bridal suite, pool table, foosball table, Smart TV, kitchenette, sound system) provide extraordinary spaces to gather. With panoramic lake views and sunsets across the water, this is the place people want to be.

For weddings of 160 or less, host your lake view ceremony here with the reception held at the Heartwood Barn.
For a relaxed day, add Shiloh Ridge for additional getting ready space.
Host cocktail hour or lunch for your wedding party on the patio.
Also available for full day ceremonies + receptions for up to 100 guests, rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and elopements (up 25 guests).

The Gathering Place
Complete with a small stage area for bands and DJs, sound system with playlist capabilities, picnic tables, restrooms, lots of vintage string lights, community lawn games, and fire pits, The Gathering Place is the ideal setting for welcome parties and rehearsal dinners - and as space for the groom and groomsmen to hang out on wedding day. Enjoy pickleball, cornhole, ladders, washers, horseshoes, farm-style frisbee golf, and more. Includes access to the barnyard and Tumbleweed Hill (our playground). The Sycamore Creek Pizza Co. Wood-Fired Food Truck is also housed in this unique and intimate location.
